Born and brought up in Dehradun in a family of hindi and sanskrit gurus. My father was head of the department hindi and sanskrit at SGRR college, Dehradun and my mother was head of the department hindi and sanskrit at Welham girls high school, Dehradun. Truly blessed to have had an intellectually enriched environment growing up. 

 

I finished my schooling from Welham girls and engineering from BITS Pilani. I am currently working as a customer project manager with Nokia USA at Naperville.

 

My biggest motivation to teach hindi is to make our second and future generation of Indian origin kids in the US aware of their great cultural heritage and learn one of the most phonetic languages of the world.
